Carroll Kennel Club’s Farm Dog Certification Tests were held 5/13/23 in spite of Mother Nature hiding the sun and sending some rain. Dogs who tested and passed two tests, earned their AKC Farm Dog Title along with qualifying ribbons and a title ribbon. It was a fun day watching so many different breeds go thru the obstacles. A huge thank you to Gentle Giants Draft Horse Rescue for letting us hold the tests at their farm and to our judges, Anke King and Betsy Smith. Our club members are a vital part of putting on events such as this and we are most grateful to those who helped from beginning to end in the rain. Without their help, we could not have had this Farm Dog event and are thankful to them stepping up to help.
